We specialize in helping our clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the areas of Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Green Valley, Peccole Ranch, Canyon Gate, Queensridge and Red Rock area. We keep current on the sales in these areas, and are also very knowledgeable about the local schools.
Personal
Georgia Otto has over 30 years experience in the legal profession as a paralegal and in major firm law office management. Her paralegal experience includes corporate, criminal, and real estate law. Among her other life experiences, Georgia has worked for FEMA during hurricane relief efforts, been an active member of an Emergency Medical Team and was a member of a volunteer fire department. Georgia's volunteer services also include many hours of hospital emergency room assistance and as a remedial reading teacher for children and adults. In April 2008, Georgia helped form and is currently the elected President of the Southern Nevada Ladies Auxillary of the Military Order of the Purple Heart.
Joe Otto attended the University of Florida, University of Maryland and graduated from Park University-Crown Center with a degree in Business Administration. Joe also graduated from The Command and Staff course, The Air War College, and The Industrial College of the Armed Forces. His advanced education culminated in his achieving Honor Graduate status from the National Defense University. Joe began his military service as a Seaman recruit in the USCG and continued his service with a distinguished career in the USAF retiring after 30 years as a Lt. Colonel. His military career has included service as an F-4 and F-111 fighter pilot, squadron commander, instructor and logistics manager. After his retirement from the USAF, he was the Valedictorian Graduate from the MTI-Western Paralegal Certifcation Program. He is a Life Member of The Veterans of Foreign Wars, An original member of The Red River Valley Fighter Pilots Association "River Rats". He is also Past Commander of Chapter 722 Las Vegas,and Past Senior Vice Commander of the Department of Nevada, and a Past National Aide-de-Camp for Nevada of The Military Order of the Purple Heart. He is also an active member of the Order of Daedalians - America's Premier Fraternal Organization of Military Pilots, and Treasurer of Fighter Flight #62. Joe brings a wide range of experience and knowledge to the Las Vegas real estate market having been previously licensed in both Florida and California. His life experiences have created a person who is dedicated, clear thinking and honest.
